Hi,Kleenex wrote: Thu Jan 16, 2020 11:57 pm Hello,
After doing the listed commands in the FAQ and checked that all the counters are "enabled", I still get this error message :
Is there any way to fix it?
Thanks
No issues here running it with ISLC enabledWagnard wrote: Sat Nov 09, 2019 8:05 amI was able to install it with ISLC running.4r0 wrote: Sat Nov 09, 2019 7:24 am Running ISLC prevents Ryzen Master from installing and running.
Closing ISLC fixes the problem.
I will need more details and the error that you got.
Also I can't run it as i don't have a Ryzen. But was still able to have install it with ISLC running.

Sadly for this one, the only known solution is to reinstall your Windows. Something is broken with your system counter,
Thanks or the tip,MAAR wrote: Mon Jan 27, 2020 7:17 pmHiWagnard wrote: Fri Jan 17, 2020 9:55 amHi,Kleenex wrote: Thu Jan 16, 2020 11:57 pm Hello,

I have the same problem and found a solution
Go to Registry Editor
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib
Disable Performance Counters and change 1 to 0
this solution fix the problem for me
