Black screen when booting computer after uninstalling driver

Okay, so I actually managed to resolve the black screen after physically removing my graphics card. Now I can log in again, thank god! But now, where do I go from here? how do I install it again in order to prevent the black screen from appearing again?

First I would recommend that you try this card on another computer to be sure it is not physically broken.

I don't have another computer I can try it on, only a laptop.
