Try theses:
If you have issue running it.
First : Run in a CMD (command prompt with admin privilege) 2 times :
LODCTR /R and reboot
If still not working, we check if you have disabled performance counter and enable them
lodctr /q | find "Disabled"
lodctr /e:PerfOS
Probably need a reboot.

Why is it not clearing the standby list automatically? Both conditions are fulfilled yet purging only works when manually pressed, otherwise I'll game for 2hrs and it never purges. https://i.imgur.com/ERC5FMW.png
EDIT: oh nvm, I added software to exclusion list thinking it's meant to be added so that ISLC doesn't close it. Not it works.
What's the exclusion list meant for tho? I mean I understand what it does, but what scenario is it useful for?

Hi, the exclusion list prevent ISLC to purge when a process in that list is running.Relax wrote: ↑Wed Apr 01, 2020 7:30 pm Why is it not clearing the standby list automatically? Some application or game may experience run ower or load from the HDD more when the cache is cleared because they are programmed to used it.
You just have to put an app to the exclusion when you feel ISLC is doing more bad than good for that app/game.
