No sound after uninstall with DDU V18.0.4.3

Since uninstalling all display drivers there's no sound anymore - the icon is red crossed and none of the devices work.
Either USB nor cable-plugged speakers. Even no repair job is working.

I have the DDU logfile but can't "encrypt".
Can somebody help?

Can you zip the DDU log folder and send it to me at [email protected] (or any sharing program)
Also, I would appreciate a screenshot of your device manager. Check also that the windows default audio device has not changed by itself
