Hi there. I cannot get 1.0.2.6 to work, even after trying the Readme steps.
Upon running "LODCTR /R" I receive the following:
Error: Unable to rebuild performance counter setting from system backup store, error code is 5
Separately, upon running the program I receive an exception (see attached image).
I tried each of the suggestions in the Readme and I'm still unable to run the program. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Be sure that you are running the command with admin privilege. Also on first run of LODCTR you may have an error, try it immediately a second time and usually it should be good.
