Launching Main WIndow Failed! (Baml2006)

Hi everyone ! Hope I do not break any rules on this forum, not my intention.
So I have upgraded my prev 970gtx gpu to 1080 Ti. And I wanted clean install of new updated rivers and remove old ones.
Well DDU always has been solution for me; however, this time, I have encountered issue:


So I run into this error : Launching Main Window Failed! (I have attached picture of the whole message)

I have tried solutions and none of them worked :
- reinstalling ddu - desktop, different folders.
- I have unplugged internet and tried running it in safe mode.
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled .net framework few times.
- I have updated windows with recent updates.
- I looked on internet for this specific error on other occasions, I have found some tips about changing color profiles in color management- still no result.
I might still be missing something that I have tried, wanted to solve this on my own... but failed as you can see.

So please help.

Smell like a broken .net framework

Can you give any advise how to fix this?

I have searched other threads/topics and found out: in reference assemblies/microsoft/framework - v4.5 is missing.

idk what to do reinstalling did not solve this...

What is you OS ?

I have already tried with the link you have provided. It showed that my framework was up to date. So I had to force through CMD and repair it. Still getting that annoying blam2006 error....

OS:
-Windows 10 Pro
-Version 21H2

MY .net framework version is 4.8.

Sadly there is not much I can do on the DDU side.

I guess I have to manually remove old drivers, from folders and regedit.

You should repair / refresh your windows as you will probably have others issues with others app sooner or later.
