Will this also uninstall Chipset drivers?
I own a AMD CPU/AMD GPU Combo and i now wonder, will this also uninstall Chipset drivers?

It's not supposed to, if it does, it is a bug and will be addressed.
But according to recent review of users , version 18.0.5.1 is safe for the AMD chipset.
