[1.0.2.x] Issue purging SBL with exclusion list

This version is even less workable than previous one. Symptoms and behavior are the same, except that after manually pressing Start/Stop button, purging does not occur. At all. A full program restart is required.

Thanks, its possible there is a mistake somewhere, I made a lot of changes.it sure is weird that even after program restarting it doesn't work. Double check the values you entered. I'll do some check on my end too.

I don't touch configuration file, I update only .exe/.pdb files (just extracting files from sfx-archive in FAR ).
Damn, I didn't remember status of counter at the time of failure. But after program restarting the counter was definitely at 0.
