In switching GPU brands, what is the order of steps?

Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) is a driver removal tool that can help you completely remove AMD (ATI), NVIDIA and Intel graphics drivers.

In switching GPU brands, what is the order of steps?

In going from an AMD card to an nVidia, one could proceed several different ways:
-- You could uninstall AMD drivers, then switch cards, and then install nVidia drivers.
-- You could install nVidia drivers without uninstalling AMD drivers, then switch cards, then uninstall AMD drivers.
-- You could switch cards, then install nVidia drivers, then uninstall AMD drivers.

What's the proper way to do it?

Uninstall AMD driver first, switch card and then install Nvidia driver.
Feel free to use DDU to perform this switch.
