I tried installing Nvidia through device manager, windows update and download driver from their website. All failed/error
Safe mode DDU: done
Enable "do not forcefully unload the users registry at users log off: done
Reset pc fails me also
System Restore: done

It feels as if there is a lot a wrong permission everywhere or you have a security software blocking everything.
I would recommend that you reinstall your windows to fix your issues.
