ISLC doesn't appear to be minimized or launched upon startup as desired

Hi! I'm a fairly new PC user and stumbled upon ISLC.

I like having all of my essential performance programs (AB, RTSS, etc.) on at startup, and I've noticed that despite checking the two boxes in the ISLC program stating as such, I still need to activate the program manually for it to appear in the program bar.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? And does this program conflict with any others?
