After Method not found program force close and nothing removed/uninstalled.

I would need the DDU logs please. send them at [email protected]
You seem to be on Windows 10 1607.
Be sure you also have the latest v18.0.3.0 (it fix a bug that cause this error on version of windows 1803 and earlier)
