DDU Error

I continually get the error in the screenshot when I am in safe mode. The only way for me to get around it is to download anoth DDU installer from this site.

Can someone explain what this means and how to overcome it?

That's unusual, try to put the DDU folder on another location, directly on c:\DDU for testing. I suspect either because you have it one OneDrive or maybe a permission issue.
Also be sure to use the installer from our website.
