currently we are only allowed to set timer resolution to example 0.50 or 0.51 etc.
this gives me higher and bad delta values from 0.5 to 0.1x all across the system however when I use another program to set the value to 0.5040 (4 sub digits) or 0.5050 i get a delta of down in 0.00x all the time.
Add support for additional sub digits in timer resolution.
