I just used the latest version of Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) (18.0.7.8) to completely remove the NVIDIA driver before installing the new driver from the homepage. I followed the instructions correctly: boot into Safe Mode, run DDU and select "Clean and Restart".
After the computer restarted, I installed the latest version of the NVIDIA driver (552.12 WHQL), but then the screen kept flickering every time I opened a 3D application such as a game or design software. I did not experience this phenomenon before.
Computer configuration:
GPU: RTX 3070 Ti
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
RAM: 32GB DDR4
OS: Windows 11 Pro 23H2
Has anyone encountered a similar situation or has experience dealing with it? I look forward to everyone's support. Thank you very much!

First you need to use the latest version of DDU.
Also the nvidia drivers un 552.12 is not the latest neither. 576.02 is and even more recent are the hot fix 576.26
