When replacing the old graphics card with a new one, the Ethernet network controller (MB Gigabyte Z890 Gaming X WiFi7) simply fell off. And no amount of CMOS resets, flashing, or reinstalling Windows helped. It turned out that it was necessary to do:

1. Go into the BIOS
2. TURN OFF the network card. Provided that her MAC address is undefined (N/A)
3. Save the BIOS settings and reboot into Windows
4. Turn off the computer
5. Completely de-energize it
6. Pull out the graphics card (IMPORTANT!). For some reason, it didn't work without it.
7. Remove the CMOS battery for 5 minutes. or reset the CMOS via the switch (if available)
8. Insert the battery, video card and TURN on the computer
9. Go into the BIOS, check if the network card has a MAC address and if the network card itself is turned on.
10. Configure the BIOS for yourself (if necessary), because it has been reset to factory settings
