Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V17.0.2.1 Released.

ChangeLog:

-Removed the killing of the DWM process. (Was causing issues in Windows 10 insider build 14942)
-Removed AMD Updater from TaskScheduler
-Translations updates :
Turkish.xml

Recommended usage:
-The tool can be used in Normal mode but for absolute stability when using DDU, Safemode is always the best.
-Make a backup or a system restore (but it should normally be pretty safe).
-It is best to exclude the DDU folder completely from any security software to avoid issues.

Important note: Most of these change wouldn't have been possible without the help of a fantastic coder: "devmltk"

DDU broke my APU graphics
I got an A10-7850K + RX470 @ Win7 64bit

I just bought a new RX470, so I decided to get rid of old drivers with DDU 17.0.2.1...
The driver removal went smooth, so I rebooted and installed latest crimson drivers and the RX470 got detected alright,
but the APU stays MIA - no matter what I do, Windows can't recognize the R7 graphics of my APU.

In the device manager it lists the APU as "Standard VGA graphics"
Running Windows Update doesn't help
And reinstalling the crimson drivers doesn't help either,

Windows just won't recognize the APU grahpics correctly.

I dont really know how the APU from AMD work exactly. I only know it is normal for it to be removed if DDU is run because it use the AMD driver.
It is possible a specific driver for it is needed for it to run.
Note that AMD does have a different driver section for their APU so I dont know if this could be the issue. Never really tested if the normal Crimson driver should install for both discrete graphic card and the APU on just the discrete card.

Since DDU does a fine job of cleaning, I expected it to clean out all the drivers for the APU as well.
I didn't expect that Windows would only recognize my GPU, but leaves out the R7 from the APU...

Anyway.
I was able to solve it by going back to a system restore point, ripping out my RX470 and connecting my monitor to the APU, then running DDU, then reinstalling drivers and only after the R7 had been recognized, I put the RX470 back in. Now both are correctly listed.


Of course, having to open the case each time you want to run DDU is a bit tedious.
My log is on the way.

I think the trick could be connecting the monitor to the apu.
Anyway I will check the log soon but I think everything is normal and that is just how apu works. There could also be another way to install the driver via device manager directly.

That's what I hoped: I tried connecting my displayport cable to the APU and force Windows to detect the APU that way, but after DDU had run its course the screen was all black.

2 other possibilities,
Boot the computer with the monitor plugged in the apu.
Also, there could be an option to set the apu by default in the bios too.
