DDU Won't open

When I try to open DDU nothing happens, in the Task Manager (Win7) it freezes in 10.984k and after some seconds it automaticly closes.

Be sure you have .net version 3 or + installed correctly.

Check if same thing happen in both safe mode and normal mode.
