Black screen after safe boot in DDU

Hi, I just recently used DDU safe boot and now it has me stuck on a black screen. I can get by bios splash screen to appear but it black screens once the Windows login screen should appear. I've had this issue before with DDU but can't remember how I fixed it. No graphics cards are seated. I've tried reseating the CMOS battery, unplugging the PSU and holding the power down, changing display to a GPU. Nothing has worked.

Try a different cable type. If you have hdmi, try DVI or displayport or vice versa
